NEW LOCATION: ÁRÆÐI COLISEUM

What: the grand opening of the Áræði Coliseum

Tyr volunteered himself to the task of creating a training facility for the Wanderers to explore the powers bestowed upon them by the gods. For the God of Courage and Diplomacy, however, there is far more to such a concept than the simple notion of magic. Today, he unveils the newest attraction in his district: the Áræði Coliseum, where mortals can come to test their mettle in a wide variety of fields.
In Leikrúnhöll, you can find a large facility of smooth, clean surfaces and user-friendly controls to be able to build the right environment to practice your magic safely in. Indestructible targets, magic- or sound-proof rooms, or any other equipment you might need is available by request.
In the Karasuno Courts, you'll find every field or court necessary to play many of Earth's most popular sports, including but by no means limited to football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming, tennis, and whatever else you can think of! The necessary equipment is available and a healthy number of Asgardian natives are plenty interested in learning the rules.
But because that's not enough, not by a long shot, the rest of the Áræði Coliseum is filled with a vast assortment of bizarre challenges and gravity defying sports. There's even these strange, empty holes that many people seem to cautiously avoid for fear of whatever they may do. Whatever fun, weird, and potentially dangerous challenge you can think of can likely be found in the coliseum in some fashion. American Ninja Warrior courses? You betcha. Go wild with this one.
Tyr built this place to be fun yet challenging, strenuous but exciting, and most importantly: the more people there together, the better it is. Invite your friends to a race through an inflatable obstacle course or team up to show them who's really the best at badminton. Enjoy yourselves!

Peter can only do this 3 times a day but he's having a blast figuring out to what extent he can go with his new power: conjuring elementals. He make a bonfire on the east side of the Áræði Coliseum (sorry Tyr) and after some concentration, the fire picks up and the elemental grows and emerges out of it.
It fills a 10-foot cube, looking like a bipedal dinosaur with muscular arms, body made of black and red molten lava. The eyes are two bright embers and there are spikes in flames along its back and the long tail. It's without a doubt how Godzilla would look if he were on fire and Peter lets out a rather high squeal of delight at the view.
"Oh, you look so great! Not bad for my first time doing this with fire, uh?" His familiar Sandy, perched on Peter's shoulder and with the shape of an Atlas moth, makes a chirring sound of agreement. "I'm going to call you Danny."
Vol2. As the Jurassic world turns
Fire Godzillas are cool but they pretty much can only destroy things, which is why the second time Peter is conjuring an elemental, he makes him (it's a he now, Peter has decided) rise from the ground. It's not much different than using his Celestial powers back when he had them. Instead of making a giant Pac Man, he goes for another lizard-like construct.
Five minutes later, Peter's riding a triceratops made of rocks and heading towards one of the obstacle courses. This will be epic, he's sure. Or perhaps a disaster but fun nonetheless.
"Okay, who's in for a race? Or a ride?"

Nevermind that she'd just finished the climbing wall, so she had the chance to be especially high up from the ground. That wasn't the same thing. There was also the adventure of riding such a beast through the course-that was certainly one way to go by it.

"Hop on then." He offered her a hand so it would be easier to get on top of the dinosaur. Danny even bent his legs a bit so she could climb him more easily. "Name's Peter Quill but across the Galaxy they know me as Star-Lord. Pleasure to meet you."

Sorry for going mia, work + being sick kicked my ass.
He keeps the elemental steady as Felicity climbs Danny, ready to catch her if she lost her footing. Thankfully all kids are be naturally good at climbing things. He looks over his shoulder. "I'm not really a lord but back home, I travel among the stars with my ship. Let me know when you're ready and we can start moving, okay? We can go slow at first."

So it made sense in terms of weeks, and certainly the longest she's been away from all of her family all at once.
"My teacher Jim travels along the stars as well." THere were times when she was rather jealous for it, but she knew well enough she had to content herself with stories.
"I'm ready, and go as fast as you'd like," There was a wide grin on her face that could be heard even if he was facing forward. "I ride the horses in Honir's stables and it feels like they can out ride a storm if they wished."

Peter was almost sure that was the first time people from other world started to arrive at Asgard. And he knew that because he was pretty sure everyone died upon arrival due to the magic of this world not being compatible with their bodies. Sure, the gods also revived them later but it didn't change the fact he had died twice already in his life.
"Really? He has a space ship too then...?"
Once Peter was sure she wasn't going to fall, he gave a nod and patted the elemental's side so it starts moving around the coliseum. Danny begins with a trot and then starts gaining speed. "I tried to ride Honir's horses too but they go a bit too fast for my tastes. They're wonderful creatures, though, I'm just more fond of petting them than riding them.

All the pity really, she would've loved to see it in person.
When he gets the creature moving, Felicity braces herself for an especially rough ride. The trotting is different, rougher, but soon he breaks into a run and Felicity finds herself adjusting with ease.
She laughs out loud from being up so high and such a powerful creature. "You ride space ships and yet can't handle an eight legged horse?" She's clearly teasing him.

It's also the first time for Peter riding a triceratops made of rocks but since he can control it, he doesn't worry as much as he did when he got on top of one of Honir's horses. He smiles at the teasing giving a shrug.
"The ship never tried to bite my fingers off when I was feeding it an apple."

She still found it funny that someone who could operate such machinery was scared of horses. "I suppose it really does depend on what you grow up with," She reasoned after a bit. "We use horses for transport and my grandfather had horses on his plantations, so I know as much about horses as you do your space ship."

Lissie might soon discover that Peter's...everything made little sense in the best of time. As he turns to the left, the triceratops jumps over one of the strange holes that are scattered on the ground here and there, avoiding it. "Maybe one day you could give me some horse riding lesson then? I always want to know more."

She yanked her blindfold of when she heard a woosh and slipped up behind him to look at what was basically a fiery dragon... or dinosaur. That was amazing! Incredibly impressive. She giggled and just kind of went 'wow' at the sight of it. Far less good for investigating, but their powers had different directions with their powers, right?
"That is so cool! Do you think you'll get to summon something even bigger eventually?!?"

"I'd let you ride him but I think trolls are not fire prof. Next time I'll summon him out of rocks. And I am not sure about the size? I tried different species with Sandy but there was always a limit to her size. I get too tired if I try to summon an elemental more than 3 times, so the testing phase with Danny is taking me more time."

That said? She knew all about testing durations, checking how often. She'd done the time with her Mind Spike whenever possible before the fighting. Helped a lot that the damage it did was nothing compared to the ability to track.

"Next time it is then." He will figure it out, trust him. When he got his celestial powers, he could already control earth, it's one of the elements that give him fewer problems. But Peter wanted to do something cool, hence the flaming Godzilla. "Yup. I can make them out of fire, wind, water and earth stuff like sand, rocks...I don't know if diamond count but that would be cool. Let's hope it doesn't happen but if ice zombie assholes show up again, Danny will take care of them."
The fire Godzilla makes a rumbling sounds and then raises his head throwing fire up in the air like a dragon. "See? And talking about that, your power were super useful in battle too."

"Ahah, that's going to be great. There'll be times for every kinda element, after all." She grinned and bobbed her head. Her eyes popped at the heat of the flame blast and she clapped. "You're getting some big friends. You think you're ever going to get something even bigger?"

"I'm still getting used to this new power, I think I can only conjure Danny 3 times a day. I get really tired after the third time too." And he doesn't want to risk having an elemental on the loose because he got exhausted and passed out. But for now everything was under control and Terezi seemed to be enjoying herself, Peter smile wasn't leaving his face anytime soon. "Uh, maybe? I don't know how much our powers can evolve. What about you? Any changes lately?"

That was definitely the answer to his question he was seeking. "I know the smelling truth thing's getting easier, and I can do it for longer. Like ten minutes or so at a time. So it's a lot more useful, you know, if we have to do interrogations or something."

It seemed that all of them had similar limitations when it came to their first power. Maybe it was a safety measure, God knows what some individuals here would like to do if they had unlimited magic power.
"I haven't tested mire more than usual but Sandy is now able to stay with me for a longer period of time." As if she realizes they were talking about her, the moth clinging to Peter's shoulder made another chirping sound.
"It's so cool that you can smell deceit, I wonder what would happen if you hand around Loki. I bet it would drive him nuts to have someone calling him out on his secrets."

She snickered at the moth and nodded to her. "Heheh, lemme guess. He's kind of a liar liar, pants on fire type, isn't he?"
